In Year Entry applications for Year R-6 year groups

If you are applying for a place in any of our year groups, you will need to complete the IYAF (In Year Admission Form) form found below. You can complete and send back to us via post or email. 

If you wish to apply for an In Year Admission for Years R-6 please contact Miss Herbert with a completed in year admission form. This can be brought into the office or you can email to: office@miltoncourtacademy.org
